Got lettuce wraps and Mongolian steak. The wait time is a bit slow, took about 12 minutes. The food tasted just like PF Chang does and came out hot.
They pack all the food into to go plastic containers for travel. They have soy sauce packets out but you have to ask for siracha or chili sauce.
Overall some of the better airport food I've had in a long while. -

As one would expect from any restaurant at an airport, the food here is overpriced and the portion sizes are smaller than their normal locations. With that being said, it's still a decent option if you're not in the mood for Ruby's, Subway, McDonalds, Starbucks, Carl's Jr and the like.
The cashier who helped me was very pleasant and made sure the chef went easy on the sauce for my orange chicken. I've had Pei Wei before and already know the food is way too salty for my taste, so I'm glad I asked for modifications because the food actually tasted pretty decent. I substituted my white rice out for cauliflower fried rice, which surprisingly had good flavor, but was definitely too soggy. The mango California roll was just subpar - the rice was really hard and it didn't taste very fresh. I paid about $26 for my meal (including a drink), which definitely wasn't worth it...but at least the food was much healthier than some of the other airport options I had to choose from! -

Panda Express wannabe but failed miserably. Food is very expensive, low quality and preparation. $11.50 for the Mongolian beef, which was extremely salty and tough. They probably used low end beef and ton of oyster sauce. The brown rice was under cooked and hard. I tried to avoid McDonald's and get this, but seems like it was a mistake. Avoid at all costs.

Pei Wei is owned by the same people as PF Changs and has chain restaurants around the south west. It has always been really talked up, and I have to say I was pretty disappointed. I ordered the Mongolian beef for $12 and had to wait about 15 mins for my food. The portion size was disappointing. I get that airport food is notoriously overpriced and small, but come on. Pei Wei is a chain and there should be some level of consistency from location to location. They apparently give much larger portions at other locations for the same price so I felt pretty ripped off. Food wise the Mongolian sauce and meat were actually really good, but absolutely not worth the money even for airport standards given how small it was.
They also refused to give us water cups which I think is ridiculously stingy. Water costs them literally nothing.
Service was alright, but kinda apathetic (not too surprising for an airport).
My overall take away is that the food taste wise was definitely 3-4 stars, but the rip off portion and refusal to give water is not ok. I think next time I'll hitup then other food stops in this terminal. -

The food did not have flavor ... it was blend.. it looks like the cook didn't care.. usually Pei Wei is pretty good.. the food at this restaurant at the airport was very bad ... I don't recommend.. get something else in the food court.
